Shadow Books: The River of Shared Life

Hey, everyone... please join me over at "A Good Blog is Hard to Find" for my post, "Shadow Books: The River of Shared Life."

This is the site where about 40 Southern authors post about writing, so you might want to bookmark it for regular reading.

I'll be back in a few days....

Susan,
Thanks for your comment on my recent post and thanks for the thoughtful essay this morning over at the Southern Writers blog.
I participated in a wonderful writing week at Eckert College a year or so ago (The Writers in Paradise workshop- look into it!) and was in the "memoir" track with Ann Hood. She said some amazing things about writing about your own life, and I read echoes of that on your post this morning.

One book you might be interested in adding to your Tower of Pisa (I have one too!) is The Queen of Palmyra, by Minrose Gwin. Interesting story and a very interesting person. She was interviewed recently by Karin on "our" blog, fyi.
